As a mom, one of our favorite sports, golf, has become all about the family so we rarely get to spend time working on our game. So when MasterCard invited us and a lucky friend to the Legends Academy at the Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, NJ to meet Sir Nick Faldo, we knew it was time for mom to take a personal day! Moms need to take time to take care of themselves every once in a while. They need a personal day perk to recharge so they can be even better parents. A golf holiday will help us to regain our game allowing us to be more patient on the course with our kids.
As you can see from the photo below we need lots of patience on the course. We can’t wait to learn some new skills from the #PricelessGolf experience that we can teach our children.

We have been playing golf for over twenty years and have been MasterCard holders for almost as long so we were thrilled to learn about the wonderful golf benefits available to card members.

After getting married in 1993, we became golf warriors playing every weekend and traveling around the world to try out different links. We played for business and for fun with our other newly married couple friends. Every weekend, we hit the course no matter the conditions. Given we had more time, we even hit the driving range 3-4 times a week.

Since the children came along, our golf game has been put on the back shelf so we can teach them how to make the sport a “life long love.” We still love golf because it is a great way to spend quality time bonding with our hubbies and children.
